Matt found a 98% efficient unit with a clogged secondary heat exchanger due to several different issues resulting in it burning rich and filling the unit up with soot. We replaced it with a Lennox 99% efficient SLP99UH070XV36B furnace and an S30 ultra-smart thermostat.
