We just finished up this really nice storage shed in Worthington, MN. Half of the building will be used for cold storage and the other half is heated with a bathroom and mechanical room. The heat is supplied by 2 hot dawg unit heaters. There is one exhaust fan that pulls 3000cfm of air from both sides of the building that has a motorized damper that is timed to open all the way before the fan will turn on and 2 separate intakes with barometric dampers to let fresh air back in to the building. We installed a Lennox minisplit in the mechanical room to get rid of the heat given off by the computer equipment. It’ll be nice to get the plumbing fixtures installed to final the job out.
