In this new house we installed a 99% efficient 70k BTU Lennox furnace paired with a 16 seer 3 ton Lennox heat pump, a single stage air exchanger, 60k BTU Lennox garage unit heater and a Lennox communicating S30 thermostat that controls and senses everything in the house. A very efficient system that makes for a very comfortable home.
