The guys got this mechanical room finished up today to complete another awesome looking job. They installed a Lennox 70K BTU 3 ton drive furnace with a 2 ton air conditioner, a Navien tankless boiler with 2 isolated zones, a 50 gallon A.O. Smith water heater and a Lennox air exchanger. Slab on grade house’s like this one have the ideal setup for hvac systems when it is cooled from the top and heated from the bottom with infloor heat. Now we wait for the electrician to finalize all of his wiring and the job will be complete.
