Went and checked out a Rheem rooftop unit for a no cooling call. These units, like any, struggle to cool when the filters are filled solid with dirt causing little to no airflow which causes the evaporator coil to freeze up. We changed the filters, the indoor blower drive belt and cleaned the evaporator and condenser coils and it cools like new.
