All the bells and whistles on this project. They have a signature series 99% efficient furnace paired with a SL18 2.5 ton 15 seer condenser coil. There is infloor heat throughout the entire mainfloor that is supplied by a Navien tankless boiler and the domestic hot water is supplied by a Navien tankless water heater. Not a lot of extra space left in this smaller mechanical room.
