HAPPY COMING OUT DAY. Here’s what it means to me, today: I started to think of myself as a woman after women told me that my experiences resonated with them. I started to think of myself as a queer woman after queer women told me the same. I don’t go around soliciting validation: I learn from those around me how to be in the world, in relation, how to build myself. Outness is the medium of sociability, it is how I can learn who I am, and what I’m able to do. 💖💖
