Allan Ikawa is in the business of giving, or the practice of omiyage– Japanese for “gift giving”–which is heavily ingrained in Hawaiian culture. It’s a concept that inspired him to create @bigislandcandies, a gourmet confections company based in Hilo, Hawaii.
