@sarahigdon_: The president of the Louisiana Association of School Libraries thinks it’s censorship to move explicit sex manuals out of the young adults section of the public library, and is using LGBT people as cover. We strongly oppose any pornographic materiel being made available to minors and are so damn sick of these people using us as shields to advance their agenda. ENOUGH. Also, we are unable to post pages from these books here, a platform mostly used by adults, without blurring them because of the sexual content. Yet there are people that think it’s fine for children to see and read.
