DRUNKEN SHRIMP: Watching our Managing Editor @reach_hard nervous for once was a great experience. This gorgeous dinner in #Suzhou at Laodongwu Restaurant featured a dish called DRUNKEN SHRIMP, a bowl of live fresh shrimp 🦐 highlighted by rich, briney and subtlety sweet flesh swimming in a spicy alcohol sauce. Served in a bowl and unveiled at the table, the shrimp head is pulled apart in your mouth and the body delicately splits from the head. Worth every bite!
