Rutgers was one of the first universities to mandate the COVID-19 shots, even for online-only students. CHD sued on the behalf of 13 students. The case was dismissed in Trenton. An appeal will be heard in front of a three-judge panel, tentatively set for Tuesday, June 27th. CHD is organizing a large rally to support the plaintiffs and attorneys and to let the judges know informed consent must not be denied, especially regarding experimental gene-targeted therapies that have no public health value.
