I have been helping people, for free, for over a decade, and this is the most disturbing case I have ever dealt with at Bullyville. To recap, Carissa Shaw came to me for help because she claimed she was allegedly being stalked by a woman who was repeatedly “hacking” her devices (iPhone, Samsung, iPad, Computer, etc.). The following "hacks" allegedly occurred over a span of at least two years. Alleged hack #1 - According to Carissa’s own fundraising words, her phone was hacked and her 12-year-old daughter received extremely explicit sexual images and videos of her via a text message, from her phone. Alleged hack #3 - According to Carissa’s own words, within another “hack” her phone was compromised, and someone texted sexually exploitative content to someone who had just ended their friendship with her. Alleged hack #4 - According to Carissa’s own words, someone hacked her phone and sent an “extremely sensitive video” of her to the woman she claimed was stalking her. The fact that Carissa’s daughter received this “sexually exploitative content” is what has me sticking with this case until justice is served. I just can’t let it go. Either way, all of these are federal offenses, specifically Penal Code 21.9 (sending a person or persons engaging in sexual content without the express content of the recipi
