A CALL TO ACTION: The man pictured is a man named Jason Guinasso. He’s a Reno-based attorney with a mission to shut down legal Nevada brothels. Since 2018, this lawyer (who moonlights as a Christian pastor) has waged a weird crusade against brothels, citing a false parade of horribles, while humorously ignoring the amount of r*pe and abuse and trafficking going on in churches and law offices. In the past 5 years, this “good pastor” has filed two failed lawsuits against the Nevada laws and two failed ballot initiatives. While we can just sit and laugh at his actions and write him off as an eccentric person, Jason has proven that he’s relentless and that he will not stop. It’s only a matter of time until Jason convinces a judge or a county council to outlaw brothels based on biased and false information. WE NEED TO STOP JASON. Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 11(b)(1) says that attorneys promise to NOT use lawsuits for purposes of harassment. Last Friday, Jason filed his THIRD lawsuit, naming Governor Lombardo and others for violating the 13th Amendment. This is his THIRD TIME arguing this. The first two lawsuits were thrown out. This is clearly harassment of those in the industry and he is clearly trying to make the State look bad by spewing nonsense to put the leaders in an uncomfortable position.
