Jake and I are heartbroken over the loss of our beautiful son, Owen Alvin Abel, on November 7th, 2019. We’re sad we won’t get to show him the world, and sadder yet the world won’t know him. He was so beautiful, 21 inches, had his dad’s feet and my ears, so sweet to me the 8+ months I carried him, loved mashed potatoes and strawberries, opera, and his dad’s weekly blueberry pancakes. He has brought us the greatest happiness. Even in our despair we feel the joy he gave us, and we know that will forever remain with us. We love him so much and miss him desperately. Finding strength in the fact that we are his parents and I am forever Owen’s mom. Thank you for your thoughts, messages, prayers and your love for us and especially our beloved Owen.
