Heartbroken is an understatement. By far not the way I wanted to end my elite career but I have so much to be proud of. Thank you to my family, coaches, friends, teammates and every single person who has inspired, motivated, and supported me throughout this journey. I’m so blessed to be given the opportunity to represent the US and will cherish those experiences forever. The memories I’ve made, and the people I’ve met are truly life changing. As some of you know, St. Louis holds such a special place in my heart since it’s where I started my gymnastics journey. As much as I wish I was competing in the place where it all began, I’m choosing to keep my head up knowing I did everything I could and the decision wasn’t in my hands. Turning the page to a new chapter in my life. I’m excited to continue doing what I love at Louisiana State University, and I can’t wait to see you all in the PMAC🤍 All my love, Aleah <3
