🇺🇦 🇺🇸 "The other day I had a telephone conversation with the Commander of the US Air Forces in Europe and Africa, General James Hecker. We discussed 365 days of the battle for Ukrainian skies, the current situation at the frontline, and some issues of the air defense of Ukraine. Prospective areas of bilateral cooperation regarding the supply of military equipment, weapons and ammunition as part of international assistance to Ukraine were also discussed. In particular, I discussed the issue of strengthening the capabilities of the air defense of Ukraine in the context of the possible provision of multipurpose F-16 jets to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. I thanked General James Hecker, as well as the government and the people of the United States of America for their consistent support of our country.
