Commodore RK Dhingra, Commodore Commanding Submarines (West), laid a wreath on the occasion of 54th Submarine Day at the Submarine Memorial on 08 December 2021 at INS Vajrabahu, Naval Dockyard, Mumbai, to honour all submariners that made the ultimate sacrifice in service of the nation. All Submarine Commanding Officers, Officers-in-Charge and Senior Officers of #COMCOS organisation were present at the ceremony.
