COMPLAINTS SUBMITTED
QC MONTREAL 106.3 CKIN A complaint has been levelled against CKIN by Radio Moyen Orient du Canada (operators of CHOU 1450 Montreal) alleging that CKIN is in violation of its condition of license by airing up to 68% of its programming in the Arabic language. When CKIN was licensed they had committed to broadcast only 8% Arabic programming.
