Looking forward to teaming up with Metis Nation of Alberta for this event on January 11th. I will be speaking about my mental illness(es), some of my lowest lows and how music for a very long time was my ultimate escape. I will be singing some songs too.

And as a #métis kid I couldn't be happier to be involved in this community and doing what I can to make stigma extinct. 🦖
