自身のパーツを特典とすること自体が非常に異例のことであるが、機材も進化し、プロと同じ機材を使用して制作している音楽ファンも増えている中で、「身近に自分たちの音楽を楽しんでもらいたい」というメンバーの思いがあり実現。

アニメ「機動戦士ガンダムUC（ユニコーン）episode5」主題歌となっている「BROKEN MIRROR」は、15周年を迎え、国内外の多くのアーティストからリスペクトされる立場となった今も、更にエネルギッシュに、クリエイティブに、そして何より挑戦的であり続けようとするブンブンサテライツの強い意志が感じられる新曲となっている。

BOOM BOOM SATELLITES x Nico Nico Douga Remix Contest! The best entry will be recorded on BOOM BOOM SATELLITES' first remix album

BOOM BOOM SATELLITES, who will be releasing their new single "BROKEN MIRROR" on June 6th, will also be holding a remix competition with Nico Nico Doug.
The ROM portion of the CD for "BROKEN MIRROR" will contain recording remix materials for the first time ever from BOOM BOOM SATELLITES, an event that is already generating buzz from music fans. Now a competition will be held where fans can use these materials to create their original remix and post them on a special site provided by Nico Nico Douga. BOOM BOOM SATELLITES will judge the entries to choose the best tracks.
The best remix will be included in BOOM BOOM SATELLITES' first remix album with a planned release of this September.

While it is rare for a band to include their own materials as a special offering, the members "wanted (fans) to feel enjoy our music up close and personal" especially with improvements in equipment available leading to music fans to increasingly use the same equipment as professionals.

"BROKEN MIRROR" is the main theme for the anime Gundam Unicorn episode 5 and reflects the strong will of the BOOM BOOM SATELLITES to be even more energetic, creative and above all to continue to push the limits even as they reach their fifteenth anniversay and have become a group that is respected by domestic and international artists.
