During his visit in Tagum, the land-owners of the proposed Resettlement site for the TAGUMPAY TRAIN Village of the Mindanao Railway Project - Tagum - Project Management Office (MRP - PMO), signed the Deed of Absolute Sale durin...g the 10th Monthly Coordination Meeting with the members of the Technical Working Group (TWG) and Coordinating Committee, headed by Mayor Rellon.
In view of this, Asec Eje, during his dialogue with Mayor Rellon, expressed his gratitude to Local Government Unit (LGU) of Tagum City, its members, as well as its TWG, for the unwavering support they have shown for the realization of the much-needed rail transport infrastructure project in Mindanao.
Meanwhile, in his meeting with Mayor Perandos, along with Municipal Vice Mayor of Carmen, Leonidas Bahague, Asec. Eje provided updates on the status of the Mindanao Railway Project.
Moreover, they also tackled the formation of Carmen LGU’s Project Management Office for the Mindanao Rails sector.
Lastly, Asec. Eje thanked the Carmen LGU for their swift and prompt initiative towards the implementation of the MRP.
