IN PHOTOS: Engineering teams from PNR Manila Division and DPWH NCR have reopened the Sangandaan level crossing across Samson Road in Caloocan City on 23 November 2018.

The level crossing was closed more than 20 years ago when PNR cancelled the Main North Commuter service. This level crossing is needed to extend the PNR main line north all the way to Malabon City.

The reopening of the PNR Malabon extension is also moving forward as planned. The level crossing will require sa...fety and finishing works and would soon carry traffic between PNR Acacia flagstop station and PNR FTI station.
