Fierce clashes are still taking place between members from the “Islamic State” against the forces of Soqur al-Sahraa and the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the southern countryside of al-Tabaqa city, where the regime forces and Soqur al-Sahraa managed to advance toward al-Tabaqa airbase, and get to less than 7 km distance from the airbase, following the arrival of military reinforcements to the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them into the area.
