MaxDefense received confirmation that the Armed Forces of the Philippines has, for the 2nd time in a span of a year, deferred the use of the new designation names that they introduced just a few weeks ago.

According to our sources, the President has not yet approved the use of these new designations.

It remains to be seen when they'll reintroduce the new names, for the 3rd time.
