The purpose of drill is to produce a cadet who is proud, alert and obedient and to provide the basis of teamwork.

A very high standard of drill was on display at RNZAF Base Auckland today as NA JNCO Course attendees went about their squad handling assessments.

A number of regular force personnel (especially the AC) were overheard remarking how these cadets put their own drill/stumbling/goon marching to shame. Keep it up team!
